Job Description

Responsible for preparation and submission of client bills, subcontractor bills,
and measurement documentation for ongoing construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Preparation of RA bills and final bills
• Quantity takeoff from drawings
• Joint measurements with client/consultant
• Preparing BOQ comparison and rate analysis
• Subcontractor bill verification
• Maintaining billing records and measurement sheets
• Coordination with accounts for payment follow-ups
• Maintaining DPR and WPR reports

Required Skills

• Knowledge of BOQ, RA Bills, and rate analysis
• Strong MS Excel skills
• Understanding of civil drawings
• Knowledge of bar bending schedule (BBS)

Qualification

Diploma / B.Tech Civil

Experience

2–6 Years in construction company (industrial preferred)

Preferred

Experience in ERP systems (NWAY, SAP, or similar)
