BOARD OF DIRECTORS

Mr. Purushottam Dass Goel is the driving force behind GCC. As one of the founders, he has led the company’s growth from the ground up, overseeing day-to-day operations and long-term strategy. With over 27 years of experience in the construction industry and a Bachelor’s degree in Science from Punjab University, he has played a key role in shaping the company’s success. He also holds directorships in Forti International Foundation, City Buildtech Pvt. Ltd., Satya Prakash Builders Pvt. Ltd., Fortellia Industries Pvt. Ltd., and Vinayak Kripa Infratech Pvt. Ltd.

Mr. Arun Kumar Goel, one of GCC’s founding members, plays a key role in managing commercial operations and business development. With a background in Electrical Engineering from Gulbarga University and over 27 years of experience in the construction sector, he leads the company’s tendering and client relationship efforts.

Mrs. Soni Goel, aged 45, is a Promoter and Director (Executive) on the Board of our Company. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Arts from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. She has had 14 years of experience in the procurement department and business administration in our Company.

Mr. Mahesh Chandra Agrawal brings over five decades of experience in the dairy and food industries. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, specializing in Equipment and Plant Design, from the University of Roorkee. His leadership background includes key roles at the National Dairy Development Board and IDMC Limited. He currently leads business operations and finance at Magnam Netlink Pvt. Ltd.

Ms. Sakshi Agarwal contributes to GCC’s board with her experience in education consulting, content development, and brand strategy. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business. As the founder of The Headmaster Consulting, she has worked closely with students and brands, handling operations, finances, and strategic growth initiatives.

Mr. Sushil Kumar Wali is a Chemical Engineer with Distinction and a Cement Technologist with over 45 years of extensive experience in the cement and manufacturing sector. He has undergone advanced management training from reputed national and international institutions. He previously served as Whole-Time Director of JK Lakshmi Cement Ltd., where he played a pivotal role in scaling production capacity and leading sustainability and technological initiatives. He brings rich expertise in industrial operations, governance, strategic leadership, and sustainability practices.
