Position: Project Manager (Civil) — Industrial Construction

Location: Site Posting (Across India)

Company: Goel Construction Company Ltd. (Industrial Construction – Cement Plants, Power Plants, Other Industrial Structures)

We are looking for an experienced Civil Project Manager who has independently handled large-scale industrial construction projects such as Cement Plants, Thermal Power Plants, Steel Plants, or heavy industrial structures. The candidate will be responsible for complete execution of the project including planning, coordination, billing, client handling, and team management.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall project execution and site management
• Planning and monitoring daily/weekly/monthly construction activities
• Coordination with client, consultants, and subcontractors
• Managing site engineers, supervisors and subcontractors
• Monitoring productivity, manpower, and equipment utilization
• Ensuring project completion within timeline and budget
• Approving BBS, shuttering plans, and pour planning
• Handling RA Bills, certification, and client billing follow-ups
• Quality control and safety compliance (HSE coordination)
• Preparing DPRs, WPRs and progress reports

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of industrial RCC construction
• Experience in slipform, silos, heavy foundations, or structural works
• Ability to read and interpret drawings independently
• Client handling and meeting management
• Planning using MS Project / Primavera (preferred)

Qualifications

B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

10–18 years experience

Preferred Background

Candidates from companies like: L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji, Afcons, ISGEC, Tata Projects, NCC, PSP, or large EPC contractors.
